By creating an account, accessing, or using the Storeva platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service allows local business owners to create a digital catalog of their products and capture customer inquiries via WhatsApp. All transactions, payments, and deliveries are handled offline directly between the shop owner and the customer.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the product names, descriptions, images, and prices you upload.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding the sale of your products.
• You are responsible for honoring the prices and deals you offer to customers who contact you through the platform.
• You must not use the platform to sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to customers.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to hack the platform.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Scrape or extract data from the platform without permission.

5. Data Privacy & Leads

Customer leads (names, phone numbers) generated through the platform are provided to you for legitimate business communication only. You agree not to sell, share, or misuse this data. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (e.g., DPDP Act in India).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Storeva shall not be liable for:

• Any disputes, fraud, or issues arising between you and your customers.
• Loss of profits, business interruption, or lost data.
• Any technical downtime or errors in the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or harmed the platform's reputation.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans.

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment.
• What qualifies: First-time subscription purchases only. Renewals and subsequent months are not eligible.
• How to request: Email us at [email protected] with your registered email and payment details.
• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Plan downgrade: If you downgrade to the Free Forever plan, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Exceptions: Refunds are not available for custom domain setup fees or add-on services already rendered.

Free Forever plan users are not charged, so no refund applies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered business location.
